By accessing and using the Water Testing Mexico ("WTM") website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of use. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Services

WTM provides professional water testing kits and related services in Mexico. Our services include the sale of testing kits, laboratory analysis, and water quality reports.

3. Orders and Payments

Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. We accept credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include VAT when applicable.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Kits ship within 1-2 business days via nationwide delivery partners. Return shipping is prepaid. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party services.

5. Testing Process

Testing is performed in certified laboratories compliant with NOM-127-SSA1-2021. Results are delivered within 7-10 business days after sample receipt. Results are for informational purposes and do not constitute medical advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

WTM shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for services.

7. Privacy

Your sample and results are handled confidentially under strict privacy policies, with no sharing without consent.

8. Returns and Refunds

Unused kits may be returned within 30 days. Completed testing is non-refundable due to the nature of the service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Mexico.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting on the website.
